Payment

Payment must be received within 10 days of placing an order.

We accept payment by:

• Money orders,
• Cheques,
• Credit cards via PayPal

For faster processing, pay via PayPal or send money order direct. It is very quick and easy setting up a PayPal Account. It has a 3 click Express Check Out. Orders are accepted via our PayPal button on www.ecoflap.co.uk.

Dispatch

We endeavour to dispatch your within 2 business days. We’ll do our best to dispatch immediately. Please allow upto 14 days for dispatch of colours other than white.

Orders will be delivered via Royal Mail or other courier service.

Returns

• Ecoflap or other products will be 6 months guaranteed “Fit for Purpose.”
• Returns (for other reasons) will only be accepted only if the return is sent within two weeks of the delivery confirmation date.
• A full refund of the purchase price excluding P & P will be made promptly upon receiving the product in the same condition in which it was dispatched.
• There are no refunds for products damaged during delivery. In that case you must make a claim with the carrier.
• Orders that are paid for by credit card and returned, will accrue a £1.50 processing fee.
• You must notify us of any return so that we’ll be expecting your package.
• Returns sent without our prior knowledge will be refused.
• We do not refund transit costs or credit card fees. They will be deducted from the total amount of your refund.
